For IGNORANT PeoPLE!!!

This is for those ignorant ppl / customers who thinks that they are always sure of things that they dun know but they act as if they know them all.

FYI, 100 PHONE DIRECTORY, is A PHONE DIRECTORY, not EVERYTHING DIRECTORY! If u all dun understand, more specific explanation is: Phone directory is just for u ppl/customers to look for a specific NUMBER that you wanted, with the COMPANY's NAME. So pls stop asking for directions & addresses! Or, giving ask directions & addresses to look for the COMPANY's NUMBER!

Don't assume that u all knows everything and everything that u all assume are right. And don't assume that we knows everything in and out of the company. Everything is search through system for the listing of company, if the company is named Seow Ah Kow, it doesn't means that they are registered under this name. They might have register under Seow Ah Mao. Who knows right.

100 Phone Directory assistant are human being, not god! If the company exist but is not register, how on earth u expect the system to search for you. Just like u are being accused of stealing but u nv did it and had nothing with u, how on earth is the police gonna find anything on u...

Don't just shout through the phone without thinking... FYI, shouting at phone directory assistant won't help to force the number out of the system. Don't just wanting to save a few cents and hurrying get the numbers, in the end u all r the one who tk down wrongly, but pushes the blames to others... Admit yr own mistake. Even though, customers are always right, there's always HUMAN BEING RIGHT!

Feel free to complain if customer service consultant failed to serve or assist u all well, showing u all their worst attitudes.. But, remember their great help if/when they had helped u all greatly!
